Your contribution to Prysmian's Success:

We are looking for a Project Contract Administrator to join our office in Milan. You will support the organization and project team in managing all contractual aspects with customers, subcontractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

• Managing the contract lifecycle during project execution and warranty phases, including review and drafting of amendments and contractual documents;
• Providing guidance and interpretation of contractual clauses and requirements;
• Safeguarding contractual obligations, including tracking and timely issuance of notifications, monitoring milestones in cooperation with the project team;
• Supporting and championing the change management process;
• Supporting the management of claims, back charges, and defending against incoming claims from customers, subcontractors, and key vendors;
• Serving as the focal point for promoting awareness of contracts provisions, preparing initial contract reviews, organizing contract induction meetings, and issuing reports, interpretations, and assessments on contracts;
• Cooperating and liaising with corporate functions such as finance, legal, compliance, and IP on specific matters and possible disputes;
• Monitoring, drafting, and reviewing all contractual correspondence;
• Assisting the purchasing department in negotiating contracts with subcontractors and vendors, and implementing back-to-back subcontracts.

You are the right fit if you have/are:

Degree in Law

Knowledge of EPC Contracts

Willingness to travel

5 years PQE as Contract Advisor or Legal Counsel.

Proven experience in contract drafting and negotiation

Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams in technical environments.
