Job Title: Controller

Location: Milano

We are looking for a Controller who will report to the Projects Controlling Manager and will be part of the PowerLink Finance team. The candidate will be responsible for all controlling activities related to assigned projects.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Deployment and maintenance of detailed project budgets in cooperation with Project Managers
• Periodic analysis and explanation of the financial performance of projects (P&L and Cash profile)
• Monthly updates of project budgets for financial closure and forecasting
• Coordinate responses to external auditors
• Assist Project Managers in preparing variation order requests to customers
• Prepare invoices and monitor cash collections from customers
• Coordinate activities related to the monthly legal entity closure

Qualifications & Experience

Qualifications:

• Graduation in Economics, Accounting, or Management Engineering
• Knowledge of SAP, particularly FI/CO/PS modules
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken

Experience and Soft Skills:

• At least 2-3 years as a Business Controller, preferably within a project-oriented company (EPCI) or experience in audit firms supporting client projects
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to operate proactively and independently, with attention to detail
• Flexibility and ability to work within a team, under pressure, and meeting deadlines
