We welcome Engineers and Architects with technical profiles to join as collaborators at our Milan office for the role of Project Construction Manager. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, a capacity for continuous innovation in their profession, and the ability to work in international contexts.

The candidate will manage Project Construction activities for new builds or interior and exterior renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate a General Contractor project from planning to execution, including:
  • Managing Suppliers and Subcontractors
  • Acting as Site Supervisor for the contracting company
  • Planning and updating schedules
  • Monitoring and reporting on project activities
  • Managing and updating budgets
  • Coordinating and verifying specialized works (Structures, Systems, etc.)
  • Assisting with Construction Supervision and Artistic oversight
  • Managing site activities and procurement logistics
  • Managing and updating purchase orders and contract variations
  • Site accounting (Progress Payments, offers, etc.)
  • Managing and controlling risks
  • Closing out the site and conducting inspections
  • Assist in verifying and implementing:
    • Technical specifications, bill of quantities, and cost estimates
    • Detailed project and construction schedules
    • Tender documents for private works (technical elaborations)
    • Technical and economic responses to private tenders
    • Technical annexes for contracts and subcontracts
    • Technical documentation for building permits
  • Manage administrative aspects of the project using internal accounting software.
