Job 1: Project Material Coordinator (PCM)

The PCM will define, in support of other Company areas, the material list for a specific Project/Customer to support the System that meets the Bids & Contracts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Become an expert in Navigation Air Systems (NAS), understanding technical compatibilities between different items / Part Numbers (P / N’s) of all Thales Products.
• Develop understanding of materialization related to specific sites.
• Support Project Engineers (PE) and Bids Manager in bid preparation.
• Assist PE, Project Managers (PM), and Project Management Office (PMO) in project planning post-contract.
• Proficiency in the Company Product Data Management system (PDM) and understanding of Engineering Change Requests (ECR).
• Proficiency in the Company Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for logistics, procurement, and stocks management.
• Serve as the main reference for Customer Bill Of Material (BOM) aspects for the leading PE, interfacing with Customers and Suppliers.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

• Fluent Italian (preferable) and English (minimum B1, preferable B2).
• Basic knowledge of Thales IT ecosystem (PDM & ERP) and processes.
• Good understanding of Technical Drawings.
• Problem-solving mindset.
• Teamwork with responsible initiative.
• Nice-to-have: Engineering degree (Mechanical preferred), CAD experience, previous IS / IT experience, over three years in industry, additional language (French).

Job 2: Software Engineer

Seeking a graduate with a bachelor or master’s in Engineering or Computer Science, with at least 5 years of embedded systems software development experience. The role involves defining requirements, designing software architecture, coding, and testing within aerospace standards, working in an Agile Scrum team.

Competencies include expertise in Linux, C, C++, Python, TCP/IP, multi-threading, scripting, and familiarity with tools like GIT, Jira, DOORs. Nice-to-have skills include Linux containerization, device drivers, build systems, and network protocols.
