Specialista Senior / Project Manager

Your contribution to Prysmian's success:

1. Develop and execute the sourcing plan for projects within the assigned region.
2. Manage project sourcing plans, ensuring compliance with budget, timing, and contractual requirements.
3. Handle complex contractual negotiations, supporting the legal department to ensure proper contract provisions.
4. Implement purchasing procedures and processes.
5. Identify cost-saving and improvement opportunities in terms of costs, processes, quality, and service, exploring new approaches and synergies across the region.
6. Promote early involvement of Purchasing and support the Strategic Tender Purchasing team in negotiating Pre-Bid Agreements.
7. Scout the market to expand the supplier base for strategic commodities.

You are the right fit if you have/are:

• Fluent in English and Italian (German is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Decision-making attitude, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong teamwork skills, results-oriented, with an ambitious mindset.
