A leading project consulting firm in Italy is seeking a PMO Assistant to support executives and project managers. The role involves project coordination, stakeholder management, and creating presentations for a C-Level audience. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in an assistant or PMO role and proficiency in Microsoft365. This position offers a chance to work internationally and involves a local or freelance contract.

Possible Tasks in Our Cross-Industry Client Projects :

  1. Interface function with all management levels, clients, and teams (stakeholder management)
  2. Project coordination & project management office (the PMO is the organizational backbone of any large-scale project)
  3. Creation and revision of professional presentations and charts for a C-Level audience.
  4. Reporting and controlling tasks
  5. Preparation and follow-up of meetings and workshops
  6. Besides PMO projects, we also have some projects that are solely Executive Support, acting as a virtual PA / EA with a focus on calendar management
  7. Proven work experience in an assistant or PMO role (project assistant, junior project manager, PMO consultant, project controlling, executive assistant, virtual assistant)
  8. Strong multitasking and time management skills, enjoyment in second-line management
  9. Hands-on mentality, flexibility, and willingness to travel to Germany if needed
  10. Confident communication and professional demeanor when interacting with demanding executives
  11. Proficient in Microsoft365 and affinity for modern tools (e.g., SharePoint, MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Miro)
  12. Successfully completed studies (e.g., humanities, social sciences, business administration, foreign languages) or completed vocational training
  13. Nice to have: experience with agile PM methods like Scrum and any project management certificates such as IPMA, Prince2, etc.
