About the Role

We’re looking for a Program Manager to join our Business Unit team and lead high-impact programs from concept to production.

You’ll coordinate execution across functions — ensuring goals, timing, and budgets are aligned, and risks are proactively managed.

Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams across R&D, Operations, Quality, and more
Manage hybrid delivery (Agile + Waterfall)
Define scope, schedule, and budget
Align internal and external stakeholders
Report KPIs and status to executive leadership
Anticipate risks and ensure mitigation

What We’re Looking For

Degree in Engineering or scientific field
3+ years managing complex software or AI projects
Knowledge of Agile & Waterfall methodologies
Experience with Jira, MS Project, and planning/reporting tools
Strong communication and leadership skills
Fluent in English and Italian
PMP and/or Agile certification (preferred)

Nice to Have

Background in AI or high-tech industries
Familiarity with stage-gate/hybrid methodologies
Strong analytical and strategic thinking
