The resource within the Product Engineering Department will ensure the completion of assigned projects within agreed timelines and budgets, complying with automotive customer requirements. Responsibilities include managing all technical activities related to new product development and existing product improvement, interfacing with Process Engineering, Sales, and Quality Departments to ensure quality and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Management Engineering, with significant experience in structured automotive companies focused on innovation, and possess strong managerial, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of English and willingness to undertake international travel are required.
