The position within the Product Engineering Department is responsible for ensuring the completion of assigned projects within agreed timelines and budgets, in line with Automotive Customer Requirements. The role involves managing all technical activities related to the development of new products and the improvement of existing ones, coordinating with Process Engineering, Sales, and Quality departments to ensure quality and compliance with customer deadlines.

The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Management Engineering and possess significant experience in structured automotive companies focused on innovation, along with strong managerial, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in English and willingness to undertake potential international travel are required.
