Your opportunity

The program manager is responsible for development projects up to commercial release, including budget control, quality, product cost, and time to market. As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing multiple projects and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, innovation, supply chain, and sales.

Your Mission

Project Planning and Execution

1. Develop project plans, outlining project scope, goals, timelines.
2. Collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient project execution and resource allocation.
3. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

Stakeholder Management

1. Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and team members to ensure effective communication and alignment, especially during TG validation preparation.
2. Conduct regular status updates and progress reports, using company tools (e.g., Sciforma).

Budget and Resource Management

1. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
2. Develop regular outlook in compliance with company policy.
3. Secure the respect of the development full-life cost.

Quality Control and Assurance

1. Monitor and evaluate project outcomes, aligning with stakeholders.
2. Secure alignment with Sidel guidelines in terms of quality focus, modularity & standardization ambitions.
3. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies for efficient project management.
4. Secure the development and introduction of new best practices in program management through digitalization, new tools, and by growing transversally across different platforms.

Your Profile

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
2. Proven experience as a Project or Program Manager or similar role.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for details.
5. Competencies in product development.
6. Demonstrated ability to handle ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Sound problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
8. Availability to travel and to manage projects on several sites and for different platforms.
9. Proficiency in project management tools and software (knowledge of Sciforma).

IT Skills

1. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
2. SAP.
3. Sciforma.
4. PowerBI.
5. PowerApps and PowerAutomate are a plus.

Language requirements

1. Fluent English, written and spoken.
2. French is a plus.
