We are seeking a resource within the Product Engineering Department to ensure the completion of projects within agreed timelines and costs, while meeting automotive customer requirements. The role involves managing all technical activities related to developing new products and improving existing ones, interfacing with Process Engineering, Sales, and Quality departments to ensure quality and adherence to deadlines.

The ideal candidate should preferably hold a degree in Management Engineering, with significant experience in structured automotive companies focused on innovation. Strong managerial, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential. Knowledge of English and willingness to undertake international travel are required.
