We are seeking a resource within the Product Engineering Department responsible for ensuring project completion within agreed timelines and costs, in line with Automotive Customer Requirements. The role involves managing all technical activities related to new product development and existing product improvement, interfacing with Process Engineering, Sales, and Quality departments to ensure quality and compliance with customer timelines.
The ideal candidate will preferably hold a degree in Management Engineering, with significant experience in structured automotive companies focused on innovation. Strong managerial, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency in English and willingness to undertake international travel are required.
