Galileo Global Education is seeking a Program Leader - Interior Design to develop and manage undergraduate programs, ensuring high scientific and quality standards while complying with ministerial and regional accreditation requirements. The role entails faculty development, exceptional student tutoring, supervision, and collaboration with luxury industry partners.

• Master’s degree in Interior Design or related field; PhD preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in interior design, architecture, or luxury hospitality design.
• Strong leadership and project management skills with a track record in academic environments.

• Directly coordinates course development and ensures quality and compliance with regulations.
• Supervises faculty to meet ministerial and institutional requirements and supports accreditation targets.
• Provides weekly tutoring and supervision to students and oversees thesis projects.
