Galileo Global Education is seeking a Program Leader - Interior Design to develop and manage undergraduate programs, ensure high quality standards, and maintain accreditation compliance. You will oversee faculty development and mentor students within a rigorous design education environment.

The ideal candidate is a visionary educator with strong industry connections, capable of driving innovation, coordinating academic and industry projects, and advancing research and CV development for faculty.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of proven experience in interior design or related field.
• Experience leading academic programs or design education.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and oversee undergraduate interior design programs and documentation.
• Lead faculty development, teaching quality, and accreditation compliance.
• Tutor and supervise students; support thesis projects and feedback processes.
• Manage academic projects with luxury industry partners.
• Oversee CV development and research initiatives for faculty.
