Job Summary

The Program Leader - Fashion Styling is responsible for developing and managing academic programs, ensuring high standards and compliance with accreditation requirements. This role includes overseeing faculty development, fostering excellent student experiences through tutoring and supervision, and managing collaborations with luxury and high-end industry partners. The Program Leader will also contribute to research initiatives and support the institution’s mission of excellence in fashion and luxury education. The position is available from October 2025.

Key Responsibilities

• Courses Management: Coordinate courses, oversee educational program development, ensure quality, and manage academic documentation. Support accreditation efforts and collaborate on course structuring.

• Faculty Management: Act as the primary reference for faculty, monitor teaching quality, support faculty development, and engage in visiting professor activities.

• Students’ Tutoring & Supervision: Support students through tutoring, supervision, and feedback collection, ensuring successful academic progression.

• Academic & Industry Projects: Support academic projects with luxury sector industries, represent the institution in promotional and industry activities.

• R&D - CV Development: Oversee research projects, develop academic curriculum, and enhance scientific research for accreditation.

Educational and Professional Background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a creative field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the luxury, editorial, and fashion industry internationally.
• At least 5 years of university-level teaching experience.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience with editorial activities, exhibitions, and journalistic collaborations is a plus.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and process management skills.
• Proactive, creative, and capable of managing complex processes.
