The role of Program Director for a major contract with a go-to-market partner in the region is to drive relevant Oracle teams to operationalize the contract and execute the agreement to achieve the expected outcomes for both Oracle and the partner.

This is a significant contract in scale and importance to the local market. We seek an individual with gravitas, the ability to command authority across the virtual and matrixed Oracle team, and the skill to establish trust and respect with the partner.

The candidate should have successfully managed large-scale go-to-market initiatives, led large teams in a matrixed organization, and have a proven track record in senior client relationship management and achieving business outcomes through disciplined execution by a multidisciplinary team.
