We are looking for a Program Coordinator to help manage branch campus operations. This includes the coordination of clubs, activities, and student events. The Program Coordinator will also maintain emergency contact databases and support visits from the Marist home campus, exchange faculty, and prospective students and families. The Program Coordinator takes the lead in supporting students’ visa and immigration processes. This is a live-in position in the Marist Residence in Florence, with the Program Coordinator assisting the Residence Life Coordinator to help supervise student housing.

Please note that Program Coordinator applicants must be European Union (EU) citizens or have prior and ongoing permission to work in Italy – visa sponsorship is not possible for this position.
