Experteer Italy in Milan is seeking a Program Coordinator to grow the Italian market for Cultural Care Au Pair. You will work with a cross-functional regional team to hit sales targets, recruit and coach prospective au pairs, and support the local au pair community.

You will collaborate with colleagues in the USA and Zurich to deliver an excellent au pair experience and growth opportunities. The role offers international exposure, training opportunities, and a path to leadership within Italy’s

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 1+ years of sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• At least 6 months of experience living abroad (preferred).
• Proven capability with both phone sales and in-person sales.
• Full proficiency in Italian and English.

In this Milan-based Program Coordinator role, you drive growth of the Italian market and help Cultural Care Au Pair become the largest and most trusted program globally. You work within a cross-functional regional team to hit sales targets, recruit and coach prospective au pairs, and support the local au pair community. You collaborate with colleagues in the USA and Zurich to deliver an excellent experience for every au pair.
