PROGRAM ADVISOR

Teamswell is a high-growth nearshore outsourcing company working for US companies. We are looking for a Program Advisor who plays a strategic role critical to driving client satisfaction, retention, and business operation. In most cases, you are the face of the business and the front line of client communication. You help guide clients through their job search by assisting them in navigating the program's assets while serving as an empathetic sounding board and accountability partner.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set a strong first impression of the program through client onboarding meetings. Carry forward the positive energy from the sales call into the fulfillment process. Carry forward the context of the client’s situation and needs into the fulfillment process.
  • Proactively check in with clients to gauge progress, issues, and success with the program, understanding that different clients have different needs.
  • Be familiar with all program assets so that you can effectively guide clients to the appropriate assets based on their needs.
  • Respond to client questions and inquiries in less than 12 hours.
  • Respond to client issues with empathy, active listening, and understanding. Kindly yet assertively push back when clients make requests outside of the scope of their agreement (e.g. refunds).
  • Gather text and video testimonials to capture job search success attributed to the program.
  • Represent the “voice of the client” in partnering with other fulfillment leaders to shape future offerings to resonate with client needs.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years experience in client-facing roles working with executive (director, VP, or C-Suite) clients, employees, and/or managers.
  • Experience in a solutions-based role involving active listening, problem-solving, and gaining alignment.
  • Strong ability to diplomatically challenge unreasonable requests.
  • Strong coaching presence in listening and aligning expectations.
  • Strong ability to think outside the box (rather than procedural).
  • High English language proficiency.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Preferred experience in understanding the recruitment and/or hiring process.
  • Preferred experience in the job search process.

POSITION SCHEDULE DETAILS

  • Full-time remote position.
  • Monday - Friday (40 hours/week).
