A leading engineering company is seeking a Senior Designer in the Photovoltaic sector to join their team in Cesena, Italy. The successful candidate will prepare technical-economic analyses, manage project resources, and liaise with suppliers. A degree in engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience are required. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive compensation.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in photovoltaic, renewable energy, or related sectors.
• Availability for occasional travel across Italy.

Job Description:

Grafton Engineering, a team dedicated to valuing candidates' experiences, skills, and potential in Engineering fields such as Design, Logistics, Supply Chain, Production & Maintenance, Quality, Safety, Environment, and Project Management, is seeking a Senior Designer in the Photovoltaic sector for a rapidly growing company involved in engineering, construction, and management of photovoltaic plants.

The selected candidate will report to the Technical Director and will be responsible for:

• Preparing technical-economic feasibility analyses of projects
• Planning activities and resources for project implementation
• Coordinating design and development of authorization processes
• Managing relationships with suppliers and internal/external resources
• Supervising technical-economic aspects of projects and orders
• Preparing progress reports on projects and orders

Requirements include:

• A degree in Energy, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or similar; or a technical diploma
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in photovoltaic, renewable energy, or related sectors
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented attitude
• Proactive approach and results-oriented mindset
• Availability for occasional travel across Italy

Contract offer: Permanent position with a package commensurate with experience.

Working hours: Full-time, daytime schedule.

Location: Cesena (FC).
