DISEGNATORE/PROGETTISTA MECCANICO

Company Description

Synergie Italia S.p.A. is seeking a candidate for a multinational company specializing in the engineering sector, particularly mechanical and plant engineering.

Position

The selected candidate will be part of an internal team and will handle project design, coordinating with the Udine team and the company's other offices. They will contribute to research and development projects.

Main Responsibilities

1. Develop mechanical designs using Inventor 3D.
2. Suggest technical solutions compatible with requirements, collaborate effectively with other designers, listen and mediate, and support a shared solution.
3. Participate in technical specifications meetings, project reviews, and validation tests.
4. Interact with all company departments to ensure correct transmission of technical specifications, adherence to project specifications, and support during project validation phases.
5. Provide support to sales and after-sales teams if necessary.

Requirements

• Educational background in Mechanical Engineering or related fields, such as a Mechanical Technician diploma.
• Previous experience in machinery and plant design.
• Knowledge of 3D design software, especially Inventor 3D; knowledge of 2D software is a plus.
• Good command of the English language.
• Personal qualities include listening skills, mediation, ability to analyze technical solutions, and sharing knowledge with colleagues, recognizing and valuing others' skills and experiences.
