S&you, a renowned international brand specializing in Professional Staffing and Recruitment of Qualified Personnel, is seeking a Mechanical Designer for its Guidonia office. The role is within a high-specialization company in the defense and space sector, reporting directly to the Technical Director. The main responsibilities include:

1. Project development using solid modeling software;
2. Defining manufacturing processes;
3. Creating detailed manufacturing drawings;
4. Developing testing procedures;
5. Producing product manuals;
6. Interfacing with clients to define product requirements;
7. Collaborating with manufacturers for prototype development;
8. Integrating prototypes;
9. Conducting product testing at the company or qualification laboratories;
10. Providing on-site support for initial product installation.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, has strong skills in solid modeling programs (preferably Creo Parametric, Ansys), and AutoCAD. Experience in structural and thermal analysis is highly desirable. Good knowledge of English is required. We seek candidates who are problem-solvers, precise, and team-oriented.

The contractual framework will be discussed based on experience and skills. All necessary tools will be provided to ensure effective role execution.
