International technical professional environment

Azienda

For a long-established company involved in the manufacture of machine automation in the liquid filling industry that operates internationally, we are seeking a Technical Designer, with the following preferred requirements.

Offerta

Creating technical drawings

• Development of precise technical assemblies and drawings with CAD software (e.g., Autodesk Inventor 3D, Vault, AutoCAD 2D)

Design and development

• Development of design solutions considering technical requirements and production possibilities based on customer specifications
• Sizing and analysis of project details, study of filling processes, preliminary machine performance analysis, and custom design for special requests
• Mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical sizing according to machinery performance requirements

Detailing and specification

• Preliminary layout study as per customer requests
• Preparation of detailed drawings and plans, including dimensions, materials, tolerances, and surface finishes
• Preparation of parts lists (BOMs) and technical specifications
• Preparation of pneumatic schemes and P&ID diagrams
• Development of electrical and software specifications for relevant departments

Collaboration with other departments

• Close cooperation with sales, customers, production team, suppliers, and purchasing
• Communication of technical details and changes to relevant departments

Documentation and quality control

• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including drawings, models, and specifications
• Checking compliance with quality standards and technical norms

Norms and standards

• Ensuring all designs comply with relevant norms, regulations, and industry standards
• Updating drawings and documentation in line with new standards or regulations

Prototyping and testing

• Development and design of new solutions for R&D
• Support in prototype production and testing
• Participation in test runs and analysis to improve design

Project Management

• Planning and monitoring of smaller projects or sub-projects related to technical drawing and design
• Adherence to schedules and budgets for design work

Innovation and improvement

• Development and implementation of design improvements to enhance product quality or cost efficiency
• Application of new technologies and methods in design

Training and development

• Participation in training courses for skill development and mastering new technologies
• Training and guidance of junior designers or trainees if necessary

Competenze ed esperienza

The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

• Technical education: Degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., technical design, mechanical engineering)
• CAD skills: Extensive experience with CAD software
• Knowledge in ATEX regulations
• Technical understanding: Good grasp of technical drawings, mechanics, pneumatics, and materials
• Attention to detail: High precision and meticulousness in work
• Communication skills: Good collaboration and communication skills in English or other foreign languages
