Job Opportunity: Electrical Engineer in Renewable Energy Sector

We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineer to support our projects across the globe. The ideal candidate will be involved in detailed engineering development, electrical layout evaluation, and compliance with quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and review detailed engineering for photovoltaic plants and wind farms.
- Assess layouts and perform electrical design in low and medium voltage.
- Conduct electrical calculations, including cable sizing, thermal analysis, short-circuit, load flow, grounding, and protection coordination.
- Ensure all project documentation complies with SOLID standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineers and review design drawings.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project alignment.
- Support project management by proactively identifying and resolving issues.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in electrical design for PV and transmission lines.
- Deep knowledge of photovoltaic or wind sectors.
- Familiarity with BESS systems.
- Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, PVSYST, CYMCAP or similar tools.
- Knowledge of technical standards (CEI 0-21, CEI 64-8, CEI 0-16).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive problem-solving approach.
- English language proficiency (Spanish is a plus).
