Position

The ideal candidate will join the Technical Office, composed of Senior Designers, and will report to the Technical Director. The role involves developing new electric motors within R&D, focusing on design, prototyping, testing/validation, industrialization according to project requirements, product optimization, and cost containment.

Requirements

1. Knowledge of FEM design software tools (Altair - FLUX)
2. Proficiency in 3D design software (Inventor) and 2D (AutoCAD Mechanical)
3. Good understanding of mechanical drawing and design
4. Familiarity with component manufacturing technologies (machining, casting, etc.)
5. English language skills are a plus
6. Contract: Permanent employment under the Metalworkers' collective bargaining agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanico)
