Emmess Srl – Executive Consulting operates in the fields of Organizational and Management Consulting, and the implementation of Management and Certification Systems. It also provides support in quality, privacy (GDPR), health and safety (D.lgs n. 81/08), environment (D.lgs n. 152/2006), training, and food safety (HACCP). Our consultants undertake roles as RSPP, DPO, and management of complex organizational units, with extensive experience in Certification Bodies or multinational companies. They are also members of the bodies under D.lgs n. 231/01, drafting organizational models. Through the Emmess Learning Hub division, we develop corporate training plans and deliver B2B and B2C training as an accredited training entity.
Role Description
We are seeking a Training Designer to join our team based in Milan. This full-time, on-site role involves designing training programs, including needs analysis and developing innovative educational solutions. Responsibilities include managing learning processes and developing teaching methodologies based on effective and updated models. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure training solutions are tailored and meet the specific professional needs of participants. Main tasks include:

Requirements: Degree (preferably in Education Sciences, Psychology, or related fields); Minimum experience in similar roles (e.g., designer or tutor in training organizations); Excellent digital tools proficiency (Office suite, e-learning platforms, LMS, CRM); Basic knowledge of funded training (e.g., Fondimpresa, Fondirigenti, Continuing Education under DGR); Organizational skills, attention to detail, operational autonomy.
Preferred Requirements: Documented knowledge of English (level B2 or higher); Experience in accredited contexts with Regions and/or bilateral entities; Knowledge of key regulatory references in training (D.Lgs. 81/08, State-Region Agreements, regional regulations); Experience in designing training in safety, HSE, soft skills, digital transformation.
Contract Type: Permanent contract with salary based on experience.
