Il candidato ideale possiede un diploma o laurea in ingegneria meccanica e ottime competenze nell'uso di software di design, con almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel settore. La posizione si trova vicino a Caraglio (CN) e offre opportunità di crescita professionale e sviluppo di carriera.

Randstad Permanent Placement Technical, division dedicated to the search and selection of specialized profiles in mechanical, electrical, and electronic fields, to be directly inserted into companies, is seeking for an important multinational:

Industrialization Technician / Equipment Designer

The workplace will be near Caraglio (CN).

Annual salary: €28,000 - €34,000

Experience: 3 years

Responsibilities

The industrialization technician will be part of the structured industrialization office and will be responsible for:

• Defining and optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring innovation, reliability, and cost-effectiveness;
• Defining and optimizing equipment and work cycles, estimating costs;
• Designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions for building components or entire production stations;
• Defining technical and ergonomic requirements of the equipment to be built;
• Creating 3D models and detailed drawings of machine components;
• Collaborating with suppliers in selecting and developing equipment;
• Communicating with suppliers and overseeing the development of construction activities.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following requirements:

• Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering;
• Excellent skills in using primary design software;
• Experience in design and process development (ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001, FMEA, APQP/PPAP);
• At least 2 years of relevant experience;
• Knowledge of the English language.
