Bergs&More is seeking a young professional with at least two years of experience to join the Corporate Compliance Team.

The candidate will work closely with other professionals within the firm on projects and/or compliance assignments in the industrial and services sectors, for leading Italian companies and/or multinational groups.

Specifically, the role involves supporting professionals in the following activities:

1. Drafting and/or reviewing policies, procedures, and company guidelines;
2. Assisting in risk assessments, gap analyses, and the development or updating of models under Legislative Decree no. 231/2001;
3. Supporting activities related to the Supervisory Body (OdV);
4. Drafting and/or reviewing delegation/authorization systems concerning workplace safety;
5. Providing consultancy in GDPR, e-privacy, and new technologies;
6. Conducting research on Italian and EU regulations of interest (anti-corruption, trade compliance, occupational safety, CSRD, CSDDD, etc.).

Desired Profile:

1. Admission to the bar with at least two years of professional practice;
2. At least two years of experience in Corporate Compliance;
3. Result-oriented and problem-solving skills;
4. Precision and confidentiality;
5. Dynamic, team-oriented attitude;
6. Strong analytical skills;
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of ESG regulations and even minimal experience in this area will be considered a plus.

• Fluent in written and spoken English;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
