Tasks

  • Convert leads through chat, phone, and email into sales. Prioritize and manage a robust pipeline of leads to ensure no opportunities are missed
  • Customer Consultation : Provide tailored recommendations, highlighting the benefits of our premium pergolas and accessories
  • Order Coordination : Support the sales process by ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to purchase
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling : Identify opportunities to recommend additional products, such as accessories or maintenance services
  • Competitor & Market Research : Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to support sales strategies
  • Event & Exhibition Assistance : Help prepare for and attend sales events to showcase our products and engage with customers
  • Sales Performance Tracking : Maintain lead records in the CRM and assist in analyzing sales performance to improve strategies

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles
  • Preferably experienced in selling high-value consumer products
  • Experience with Hubspot preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • A proactive and customer-focused mindset
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Native in Italian and fluent in English (C1)
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques
