We are looking for a Professional Field Application Specialist to join our Group.

This role reports directly to the European Professional Business Manager and collaborates with departments and country teams to drive the growth and success of STIGA’s Professional product range across Europe.

As a core member of the Technical & After-Sales team, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting sales and after-sales technical activities. Acting as a subject matter expert on our Pro solutions, you'll provide high-impact training, technical support, and field insights—ensuring a seamless experience for Pro Dealers and professional users.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver technical support (phone, email, forums) to Pro Dealers and Customers.
  • Train internal teams and external Pro Dealer networks.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams at HQ (R&D, Category Management, etc.) to resolve issues and develop corrective action plans.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive product and app improvements.
  • Communicate product updates, service evolution, and technical best practices clearly and continuously.
  • Support product demonstrations and training events across Europe.
  • Operate in full alignment with STIGA Group’s values, policies, and procedures.

This position requires up to 80% travel within the EU, offering a dynamic, field-focused experience (travel flexibility subject to supervisor approval).

This role is ideal for someone passionate about technical excellence, field engagement, and delivering professional-grade customer experiences.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience :

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in After Sales for an international company.
  • Experience in the gardening sector is appreciated.
  • Understanding of connected products and app/fleet management is a plus.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Education in technical fields (mechanics, hydraulics, etc.) is required.
  • Electronics knowledge is preferred.
  • Experience with products & digital solutions (Apps) is a plus.

Knowledge :

  • Proficiency with IT tools is required.
  • Understanding of After Sales factors in Traditional Trade and Mass Market channels is appreciated.
  • Familiarity with product information and warranty systems is preferred.
  • Knowledge of gardening products (consumer and semi-pro) is appreciated.

Languages :

  • Italian (native)
  • English (mandatory)
  • An additional language is a plus.
