Blackfluo.ai is seeking a Productivity & Collaboration Services Administrator to provide consultancy services in Microsoft 365 environments. Your role will involve administration of Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams, working closely with the lead and ensuring efficient communication solutions for partners. This full-time position is fully remote with work primarily in Central European Time, requiring a strong background in messaging infrastructure and cloud deployments.

Job Description

We require consultancy services to support and administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, and related messaging and collaboration systems in enterprise environments.

The consultant will work under the supervision of the Productivity and Collaboration Services Lead.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, administer, and maintain M365 services in our partners' operations, including Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Manage standard configurations, monitoring tools, and assist with incident resolution related to UNICC or UNICC partners.
  • Test, deploy messaging and collaboration solutions, and document procedures as part of release management.
  • Analyze customer and stakeholder needs, identify technical problems, and propose solutions.
  • Resolve incidents and participate in problem resolutions.
  • Collaborate on service monitoring, alerting, and reporting.
  • Define and develop documented procedures.
  • The standard workday is 8 hours (Monday to Friday), with possible overtime for weekends, holidays, and out-of-hours coverage.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • At least 3 years managing complex messaging infrastructure based on Microsoft Exchange.
  • At least 1 year working with Cloud and M365 deployments.
  • Hands-on experience as a global administrator for Microsoft 365 tenant.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2016/2019/Online, MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Yammer.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and MS Graph API for automation.
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory, AAD B2B/B2C, MFA, and related tools.
  • Experience in migration projects to Microsoft 365.
  • Knowledge of SMTP Relay, Message Hygiene technologies, and compliance tools.
  • Excellent English skills (written and verbal).
  • Understanding of ISMS, ITIL, and industry best practices.
  • Familiarity with management and monitoring tools like SCOM.
  • Desirable: experience with Google Workspace, SharePoint Server administration.
