Alessandra Rich is a luxury fashion brand founded in 2010, known for its sophisticated and feminine aesthetic; The brand has offices in London and Milan and produces its collections in Italy, maintaining a strong connection with the Italian tailoring tradition. The company is constantly expanding, offering opportunities in a creative and dynamic environment.

We are looking for a Production Specialist to oversee and coordinate the entire production process, from planning to final delivery, for apparel and accessories. This role ensures that all production activities meet the highest quality standards, respect established timescales and remain within budget. The Production Manager acts as a key link between internal departments, external suppliers and manufacturers, aligning all efforts to deliver consistent and high-quality collections.

Main responsibilities

  • Define and manage the overall production calendar (including both sample development and commercial / industrial production).
  • Coordinate the launch of collections in line with market cadences and commercial timelines.
  • Manage production schedules and monitor supplier timelines, ensuring compliance and on-time delivery.
  • Support the production manager in managing and updating the various work in progress (WIP) production files.
  • Respond to laboratory requests and coordinate the resolution of issues related to ongoing production.
  • Select, manage and evaluate suppliers for raw materials, accessories and garment production.
  • Ensure that external partners meet agreed timelines and maintain brand quality standards.
  • Assist in monitoring fabric quality control during production and archiving quality reports.
  • Monitor and control production costs, material waste and overall production efficiency. Optimize resources and time to reduce unnecessary expenses and improve performance.

Requirements

  • Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Fashion or similar.
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles in the textile manufacturing sector (mandatory requirement).
  • Excellent knowledge of clothing manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of sourcing and supply chain dynamics.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken).
