The brand has offices in London and Milan and produces its collections in Italy, maintaining a strong connection with Italian tailoring tradition. The company is expanding and offers opportunities in a creative and dynamic environment, ideal for growth in high-end fashion.

We are seeking a Production Specialist to oversee and coordinate the entire production process, from planning to final delivery, for apparel and accessories. This role ensures all production activities meet quality standards, adhere to timelines, and stay within budget. The Production Specialist acts as a key liaison between internal departments, external suppliers, and manufacturers, aligning efforts to deliver consistent, high-quality collections.

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the overall production calendar, including sample development and commercial / industrial production.
  • Coordinate collection launches with market and commercial timelines.
  • Manage production schedules and monitor supplier timelines for compliance and punctual delivery.
  • Support the production team in managing and updating work-in-progress (WIP) files.
  • Respond to laboratory requests and coordinate issue resolution during production.
  • Select, manage, and evaluate suppliers for raw materials, accessories, and garment production.
  • Ensure external partners meet deadlines and uphold brand quality standards.
  • Monitor fabric quality control and archive quality reports.
  • Control production costs, reduce material waste, and improve efficiency by optimizing resources and time.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Fashion, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in similar roles within textile manufacturing (mandatory).
  • Excellent knowledge of clothing manufacturing processes.
  • Understanding of sourcing and supply chain dynamics.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
