Role Overview

Our client is a leading organization in the oil and gas industry are recruiting for a Production Train Day Superintendent, where you will play a crucial role in engineering & operational phase for major LNG project in Mozambique. Based initially in the Milan office for engineering phase, before moving to site to oversee Operations.

• Review engineering documents and develop production procedures.
• Participate in start-up sequence definition and engineering reviews.
• Implement production processes and digital solutions. Lead and manage shift production teams to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Supervise plant production personnel and ensure adherence to operating procedures.
• Troubleshoot plant problems and guide production teams on corrective actions.
• Manage employee development and training programs.

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of oil & gas / LNG production processes and methods.
• Excellent knowledge of Natural gas treatment, LNG production activities, storage & loading and utilities operations.
• Troubleshooting Process Problems
• Excellent knowledge of PTW System in Oil & Gas Industry
• Emergency Response Systems and experience in handling plant emergencies
• Computer Windows Office Applications

Education & Experience

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science or Chemical Engineering or equivalent with international standard and solid experience.
• Experience: Minimum 20 years in oil, gas, or petrochemical industry; 10 years in senior production positions; 10 years in LNG production plants.
