Job Opportunity: Production Planner Junior

We are currently recruiting for a multinational company operating in the automotive market through 3 Business Units: Electric, Electronics, and Power Electronics:

Position: Production Planner Junior

The role will be based within the Electronics Operations area, managing production needs and scheduling for departments and affiliated companies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing production requirements and issuing work orders;
• Creating shared production plans with the manufacturing team;
• Assessing component needs and issuing purchase orders;
• Managing delivery scheduling with affiliates;
• Verifying daily material deliveries;
• Scheduling production for electronic components;
• Issuing and monitoring production orders.

Requirements:

• Degree in Management Engineering or related field;
• Teamwork skills;
• Proficiency in written and preferably spoken English;
• Knowledge of Excel;
• Ability to work collaboratively and take responsibility for tasks;
• Flexibility and adaptability to global work pace;
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Contract Offer:

• Temporary employment (6+6 months) with a salary to be discussed or a curricular internship with a thesis in the company, with potential for permanent employment;
• Start date: Immediate or as per candidate’s notice period.

Work location: Rolo, Reggio Emilia province
