• Create and manage item codes across divisions and sites.
• Check fabric availability against raised orders with Planning and Purchasing.
• Support customer service by flagging delays and managing expectations.
• Coordinate with Quality to resolve issues as they arise.
• Prepare updates for weekly production meetings.
• Track delivery deadlines and keep systems updated for visibility.
• Assist in coordinating the critical path for collection launches.
