Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and production teams to align schedules with demand forecasts and minimize stock imbalances
• Support inventory management strategies, ensuring optimal stock levels while reducing waste and excess inventory
• Adjust schedules based on changes in customer orders, raw material availability, or equipment downtime to minimize disruptions
• Generate and present reports on production performance, schedule adherence, and capacity utilization.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in production scheduling, supply planning, or a related role within a healthcare FMCG manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex production scheduling challenges.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with global stakeholders.
