We are looking for a production planner who will perform all activities needed to ensure the achievement of both short and medium-term production goals.

The production planner's responsibilities include aligning the supply chain with the production schedule and monitoring and updating the schedule to meet production deadlines.

You will be involved in integrating our recently implemented ERP / MRP system and managing industry 4.0 funding opportunities and grants for future production tools and machinery.

This role requires significant interaction with departments such as Procurement and Project Management.

This is an operational role focused on process activities rather than team management.

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Maintain and update production schedules to meet deadlines;
• Support the implementation and management of industry 4.0 funding and grants;
• Align production activities with ERP / MRP systems;
• Implement the new ERP planning module;
• Schedule periodic maintenance of tools and machinery;
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of components and materials;
• Coordinate with project management to report on status and performance;
• Identify and resolve production issues to minimize delays;
• Use Excel and Project to support current and future scheduling activities.

Qualifications and Experience :

• 3-6 years of experience as a production planner;
• Knowledge of ERP / MRP solutions; familiarity with INFOR LN is a plus;
• Resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to work collaboratively to meet tight schedules;
• Strong organizational and time management skills;
• Effective problem-solving skills;
• Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management Engineering (Ingegneria Gestionale).
