adapa Group in Gambassi, Italy, on-site, is seeking a Production Planner to organize production schedules, optimize capacity, and ensure on-time delivery. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will coordinate with Production, Customer Service, Operations, Procurement, and Logistics to maintain a reliable planning process.

The role emphasizes close collaboration, KPI monitoring (OTIF, capacity utilization), and continuous improvement to support manufacturing excellence.

Competenze

• Experience with D365 or a comparable ERP system is required.

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Production Planner to join our manufacturing site in Gambassi. Reporting within the Supply Chain Manager of the site, the Production Planner plays a critical role in ensuring efficient production scheduling, optimal utilization of manufacturing resources, and on-time delivery of customer orders. This position requires close collaboration with Production, Customer Service, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to maintain a reliable and responsive production planning process.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning & Scheduling

• Develop, maintain, and optimize production plans to ensure efficient utilization of manufacturing capacity and timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules in alignment with operational and customer requirements.
• Continuously review and adjust production plans based on material availability, machine capacity, workforce availability, and changing business priorities.
• Ensure production schedules are accurately communicated and executed across all relevant functions.

Operational Coordination

• Collaborate closely with Production Managers, Customer Service, Operations, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure alignment between production requirements and business objectives.

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery and Capacity Utilization.
• Identify planning bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service levels.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives as the manufacturing site evolves and business requirements change.
