Production Operator (m/f), Reggio Emilia

Adecco Italia is seeking production operators (m/f) for a structured metalworking company in Casalgrande (RE), Reggio Emilia.

Responsibilities

You will operate automated CNC machines during various production phases (welding, 2D and 3D laser, pressing, punching), ensuring proper functioning of production equipment with particular attention to quality control of the final product.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of work tools and measuring instruments (wrenches, drills, screwdrivers, calipers, meters)
• Previous experience in the metalworking manufacturing sector (preferred)
• Availability to work shifts, including night shifts
• Flexibility, goal orientation, and innovation
• Good computer skills, especially with Office applications
• Safety certifications (preferred)

We offer an initial fixed-term contract through temporary agency work. Full-time hours on three or four shifts. Expected start date: 30/07/2025.
