What will you be doing?

• Perform tasks such as sweeping, pulling strings from bales, quality control checks
• General cleaning to maintain production flow and uphold safety standards

• Positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, 4 days a week (5:00 AM – 5:30 PM) and availability for overtime as needed
• Ability to follow safety procedures, maintain cleanliness in the work area, and perform accurate quality control checks to ensure product standards.
