TMC, a leading international high-tech consultancy in Milano, seeks a data science and ML engineer to transform models into robust, production-ready applications. You will design end-to-end ML pipelines, optimize model performance, and ensure reliability, scalability, and efficiency of AI systems in real-world projects.

Ideal candidates hold an MSc or PhD in CS or Applied Math, have strong Python/Matlab/R skills, and familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spark and Keras.

Competenze

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics or equivalent.
• Strong working knowledge of Python, Matlab, R.
• Good oral and written communication in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Define machine learning system requirements, solution architectures and technical specifications.
• Perform data analysis, model feasibility assessments, and technology evaluations.
• Design, develop, deploy and optimize ML models and automated pipelines.
• Conduct model testing, validation, monitoring and documentation.
