We are seeking a Plant Manager responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating all production activities at our Italian water treatment manufacturing plant.

The role includes defining and implementing organizational structure, resource allocation, equipment and process evaluation for growth, and ensuring timely and quality processing of customer orders.

Key responsibilities include ensuring safety compliance, environmental adherence, process improvement, cycle time and product quality optimization, overall equipment effectiveness, and product quality standards compliance.

The Plant Manager will also guide, develop, and motivate team members in accordance with HR policies.

Profile:

• Residence in Italy, Marche region
• University degree in Engineering or relevant technical/business field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant operations experience
• Knowledge of SAF4HANA is a plus
• Good command of English is desirable
