The candidate will be responsible for the Production and Lean Manufacturing Technology roll-out plans, resolving production problems, and deploying Lean Engineering Projects. They should be an experienced and efficient manager with significant technical and clinical background and a strong work ethic.

They will develop mid- and long-term plans for iVis’s Engineering and Production Project Planning and Execution, ensuring technical leadership and meeting network requirements.

The role involves directing ongoing Lean Manufacturing and Production Structure planning, ensuring technical and operational capabilities to maintain a robust, secure, and reliable structure.

Developing Supply Chain and Warehouse strategies, architecture, and guidelines for capacity growth management.

Skills and experience required

• Proven experience as Head of Lean Manufacturing, Production Manager, or similar role for over 5 years in high-tech devices, especially 3 years in the medical sector.
• Graduate level education in Mechanical Engineering with extensive experience in international markets. Ability to analyze business needs and recommend improvements based on sound business and financial knowledge. Strong understanding of technical design and CNC machines.
• Experience with and proven track record in implementing Continuous Improvement and Process Quality improvements such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. Understanding of business functions like Clinical Operations and Technical Operational Excellence.
• High competency in business production planning and advanced medical technology. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English. Strong knowledge of technical data analysis, business processes, IT infrastructure, and MS Office.

The contract and salary will be determined based on the candidate's skills, competencies, and experience.
