We are seeking a young, motivated, curious, and enterprising talent to join us at our Sedico Plant (BL).

As a Production Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to manage a highly complex manufacturing department, ensuring excellent quality standards.

Main responsibilities:

1. Manage efficiency and OEE KPIs
2. Program production, detect deviations, and take management actions to meet required levels
3. Manage quality KPIs
4. Apply delegation mechanisms effectively
5. Ensure the quality of parts produced in your shop
6. Analyze indicators related to the cost of auxiliary materials, maintenance, indirect materials, and scrap
7. Possess advanced knowledge of work cycles and methods
8. Apply specific procedures and organizational references to handle environmental emergencies
9. Implement safety interventions and manage risks at work
