The selected candidate will serve as the Production Manager for Architectural Prometal, with responsibilities including :

1. Executing projects and evaluating pre-calculations for production.
2. Adjusting production capacity to meet customer requirements.
3. Ensuring compliance with legal obligations.
4. Meeting production planning targets.
5. Maintaining product quality.

Job Description : The role involves :

1. Preparing annual production budgets.
2. Analyzing and supervising post-calculations and production standards, making adjustments as needed.
3. Improving output quality and quantity following LEAN principles.
4. Presenting project results to relevant departments.
5. Monitoring projects financially and in terms of service.
6. Implementing improvements based on KPIs such as customer claims, supplier claims, scrap rates, illness rates, operator competence, OEE, machine maintenance, productivity, and costs.
7. Following up on financial reports.
8. Assisting with pre-calculations for non-standard projects (FCPs).
9. Providing product-related information to the organization.
10. Proposing new products or production improvements.
11. Ensuring compliance with Italian legislation on industrial licensing, environmental protection, health and safety, training, and work organization.

Qualifications :

1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Experience in smaller companies.
3. 7-12 years of relevant experience.
4. Strong analytical skills.
5. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
6. Commercial skills.
7. Residence in the Vicenza-Padua area.
8. Precision and target orientation.
