He is responsible for the Production and Lean Manufacturing Technology roll-out plans, Production problem resolution, Lean Engineering Project deployment. He’s an experienced and efficient manager having significant technical & clinical background & exemplary work ethic.

He will develop mid- and long-term plans for the iVis’s Engineering and Production Project Planning / Execution network ensuring technical leadership and meeting member network requirements.

Directing ongoing Lean Manufacturing and Production Structure planning, technical and operational capabilities to ensure that iVis is and remains a robust, secure, technically sophisticated and reliable structure.

Developing Supply Chain and Warehouse strategy, architecture and execution guidelines for the implementation and ongoing capacity growth management of the structure.

Skills and experience required

• Proven experience as Head of Lean Manufacturing or Production Manager or relevant role for more than 5 years in high tech devices sector, especially 3 years in medical sector.
• Educated to graduate level in Mechanical Engineering with great experience in international markets. Ability to analyse business needs and make recommendations to optimize and improve based on sound business / financial knowledge and business acumen. Excellent understanding of technical design and CNC machines.
• Experience in, knowledge of and proven track record of implementing Continuous Improvement and Process Quality improvement such as Lean Manufacturing and / or Six Sigma. Excellent understanding of all business functions such as Clinical Operations, Technical Operational Excellence, etc.
• Demonstrable high competency in business production planning and advanced medical technology. Outstanding organizational abilities. Problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal speaking skills. Advanced knowledge of spoken and written English. Excellent working knowledge of internal and external technical data analysis, business processes, IT / Business infrastructure and MS Office.

The contract and salary terms will be determined based on the skills, competences and experience of the candidate.
