The Lean Manufacturing & Production Manager is responsible for the Production and Lean Manufacturing Technology roll-out plans, production problem resolution, and Lean Engineering Project deployment. They should be an experienced and efficient manager with a significant technical and clinical background and an exemplary work ethic.

They will develop mid- and long-term plans for iVis’s Engineering and Production Project Planning / Execution network, ensuring technical leadership and meeting network requirements.

They will direct ongoing Lean Manufacturing and Production Structure planning, ensuring technical and operational capabilities to keep iVis a robust, secure, and reliable structure.

They will also develop Supply Chain and Warehouse strategies, architecture, and execution guidelines for capacity growth management.

Skills and experience required
  • Proven experience as Head of Lean Manufacturing, Production Manager, or relevant role for more than 5 years in high-tech devices sector, especially 3 years in the medical sector.
  • Graduate level education in Mechanical Engineering with extensive experience in international markets. Ability to analyze business needs and recommend improvements based on sound business/financial knowledge and business acumen. Excellent understanding of technical design and CNC machines.
  • Experience and proven track record in implementing Continuous Improvement and Process Quality improvements such as Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma. Excellent understanding of all business functions such as Clinical Operations and Technical Operational Excellence.
  • High competency in business production planning and advanced medical technology. Outstanding organizational abilities and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and speaking skills. Advanced knowledge of spoken and written English. Proficient in technical data analysis, business processes, IT/Business infrastructure, and MS Office.

The contract and salary terms will be determined based on the skills, competencies, and experience of the candidate.
