Responsibilities

The manager will be responsible for the Production and Lean Manufacturing Technology roll-out plans, production problem resolution, and Lean Engineering Project deployment. They should be an experienced and efficient manager with significant technical and clinical background and exemplary work ethic.

They will develop mid- and long-term plans for iVis’s Engineering and Production Project Planning / Execution network, ensuring technical leadership and meeting network requirements.

They will direct ongoing Lean Manufacturing and Production Structure planning, ensuring that iVis maintains a robust, secure, and technically sophisticated structure.

Developing Supply Chain and Warehouse strategies, architecture, and execution guidelines for capacity growth management.

Skills and experience required

• Proven experience as Head of Lean Manufacturing or Production Manager or similar role for more than 5 years in high-tech devices sector, especially 3 years in medical sector.
• Graduate level education in Mechanical Engineering with extensive experience in international markets. Ability to analyze business needs and recommend improvements based on sound business and financial knowledge. Strong understanding of technical design and CNC machines.
• Experience with and proven track record in implementing Continuous Improvement and Process Quality improvements such as Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma. Good understanding of business functions like Clinical Operations and Technical Operational Excellence.
• High competency in business production planning and advanced medical technology. Outstanding organizational skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and language skills. Advanced proficiency in English. Strong knowledge of technical data analysis, business processes, IT/Business infrastructure, and MS Office.

The contract and salary terms will be determined based on the skills, competencies, and experience of the candidate.
