With five advanced production lines, we are committed to quality, efficiency, and innovation. We’re looking for a Production Manager to lead operations, optimize resources, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality & safety.
2. Monitor production, analyze data, and make adjustments.
3. Support shift leaders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
4. Manage workforce scheduling and resolve operational issues.
5. Drive Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement initiatives.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
2. 10+ years in production/operations leadership (automotive preferred).
3. Strong leadership & problem-solving skills.
4. Fluent in Italian & English.
